Project description

The CIPnet project is implemented in China as a Joint action and its general objective is promoting the modernisation and harmonisation of Intellectual Property Management practices in the higher education system, with a view to enhance university-industry collaborations and contribute to economic and social development.


We are pleased to inform that the China Intellectual Property Management Network (CIPnet) Launch Event is scheduled to take place on April 2, 2020. The Event will be hosted by Southwest University in Chongqing, P.R. China.

On November 7-8, 2019, the third Training of Trainers took place in Tianjin, P.R. China. The topic of the Training was Technology Transfer for Sustainable Development — Contracts and the Triple Helix. The Training was organized and hosted by Nankai University School of Law.

The workshops were delivered by the experts from the European partner universities:
